If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will provide you with an exchange or refund within the guidelines outlined below and according to Hamza Mart’s terms & conditions. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges will only be fascilitated for the products purchased through Hamza Mart’s website www.hamzamart.com only.
You have 7 calender days to return a product from the date you recieved it.
Dairy and frozen products are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your product needs to have the reciept or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for any logistics charges for returning the product. Shipping & Delivery charges are nonrefundable.
Once we recieve your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have recieved your returned product. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the original method of payment, otherwise store credit will be granted.
You will recieve the refund (credit) within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return & Refund Conditions:
No claims will be accepted on the products that have been previously returned or exchanged.
If a product is damaged by the consumer it will not be returned or exchanged.
Any product that comes back without reciept can be refused return or exchange.
If the return request is made outside the specified time frame.
Any consumable product which has been used.
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
Products that are retured without original packaging or accessories.
Products purchased on sale or promotions are not eligible for returns & exchange or refunds, unless you have recieved damaged goods.
Return request will not be processed if the item is “no longer needed by the customer”.
